The WG180 hydraulic transmission is introduced with technology from the German ZF company. It is a fixed shaft multi-speed hydraulic transmission with dual variations, available with electro-hydraulic control or mechanical-hydraulic control. The gear options include 6 forward and 3 reverse, or 4 forward and 3 reverse, 3 forward and 3 reverse, with an optional gear shift lever and lock-up function, as well as a towing pump.
● Maximum engine power: 190kW
● Maximum engine speed: 2600r/min
● Maximum input torque: 1450N.m
● Gears: 6 forward and 3 reverse, 4 forward and 3 reverse, 3 forward and 3 reverse
● Shifting method: Electro-hydraulic control, mechanical-hydraulic control, semi-automatic electro-hydraulic proportional control
● Input type: The torque converter can be directly connected to the SAE1#, 2# (limited to 305 and 320 torque converters), 3# (limited to 305 torque converter) flywheel housing, or connected with flange and universal joints
● Output type: Flange
● Optional 305, 320, 340, 350 torque converters
● Front and rear axle output, with an optional rear axle disconnect mechanism
The WG180/AWG180 hydraulic transmission is widely used in engineering vehicles such as graders, loaders, tractors, and scrapers.
