The following will list some common failures and the troubleshooting to solve these failure, in case of your machine installed with ZF Gearbox WG200
1) The vehicle can start, but there is no gear
-- Check oil level
-- Check and see whether cable is wore
-- Check and see whether plug and fuse is normal
-- Check and see whether power pressure is stable normal value
-- Check and see whether parking brake is normal
-- Check and see whether power connection between engine and torque converter is normal
-- Check and see whether oil pressure is normal
-- Check and see whether shift handle is normal
-- Check and see whether electromagnetic valve is normal
2) The vehicle has Gear 1 and Gear 2, but not Gear 3 or Gear 4
-- Check oil level
-- Check and see whether cable plug is normally connected
-- Check and see whether cable is broken
-- Check and see whether speed sensor is normal
-- Check and see whether handle is normal
3) The vehicle has Gear 3 and Gear 4, but not Gear 1 and Gear 2
-- Check and see whether cable connection is normal
-- Check and see whether pressure sensor is normal
4) Abnormal noise of gearbox
-- Check oil level
-- Check and see whether connecting bolts of gearbox, vehicle frame and engine are loosened
-- Check and see whether transmission shaft and its support are normal
-- Check and see whether hydraulic pump is abnormal
-- Check and see whether hinge joint is normal
5) The vehicle is weak
-- Check oil level
-- Check and see whether speed change pressure is between 1.6 and 1.8MPa
-- Check and see whether engine power is normal
-- Check and see whether oil is inappropriate goes back, bubbles, etc.
